Heirs Academy Welcomes its First Set of Graduate Trainees
Leading Pan-African investment company, Heirs Holdings (HH) has launched the Heirs Academy, a world-class institution with experienced facilitators across diverse sectors, with its goal to facilitate employee development and career growth. While the Academy addresses the needs of all classes of employees, from new graduates to senior executives, it combines the principles of corporate training with the intellectual discipline and rigour that underpins academic learning and talent development.
As its priority, Heirs Academy welcomed its first set of new graduates in its Graduate Trainee Programme, an immersive 6-month development initiative. The Graduate Trainee Programme is one of the Academy’s curricular set up for fresh graduates and young professionals to gain first-hand experience working across diverse sectors within HH’s investment portfolio. The programme will provide a solid foundation to enable support for their professional growth and career progression.
Heirs Holdings’ Human Resources Director, Modupe Adesunloye spoke about the vision for the programme while speaking to the Graduate Trainees during the launch event; “Heirs Holdings is particular about having professionals who are willing to utilise the solid foundation it provides for growth. At Heirs Holdings, we reward hard work. However, the trajectory of your growth depends on how you make use of the different opportunities presented,” she said. The instructor-led learning curriculum of Heirs Academy cuts across six functional areas: Sales, Brand & Marketing Communications, Financial Products & Investments, Management & Strategy, Digital Innovation and Financial Management. The programmes can be accessed by employees alone via its portal.
