Applications Open for the Second Heirs Academy Graduate Trainee Programme
Lagos, Nigeria – August 24, 2026 — Leading pan-African investment company, Heirs Holdings, has opened applications for the second cohort of its Graduate Trainee Programme, offering talented young professionals an opportunity to launch their careers within a diverse portfolio of businesses, spanning energy, insurance, financial services, power and real estate.
The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme, a cornerstone initiative of Heirs Academy, the Heirs Holding’s centre of excellence for leadership, institutional capability, and talent development, is open to candidates aged 27 or below with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Second Class Lower/2:2) from an accredited Nigerian or foreign university. Applicants must have completed the NYSC programme and have no more than two years of post-NYSC professional experience.
Combining rigorous foundational learning with hands-on sector experience, the programme equips early-career professionals with practical business acumen, essential technical skills, and the professional discipline required to thrive in dynamic corporate environments.
