(1) Select the right plan for you or your family;
(2) register your details;
(3) choose your Healthcare Provider; and
(4) pay.
In less than five minutes, the process is complete. All that’s left is for Avon HMO to deliver your ID card and welcome pack which they do within 7 working days.
