Dear Colleague,As we usher in the new month, I begin another phase of my career journey within the Group as the Chief Executive Officer of Heirs Holdings. Having spent the past thirty three months leading the team at Transcorp Plc, I am grateful and honoured to be assuming this new role and responsibility within a group that is close to my heart.
Heirs Holdings is one organisation I admire. I respect the culture of constant innovation and the drive of our people who are always willing to improve on their work. It is for these reasons, among others, that I am convinced that this next chapter of my journey will be fulfilling, because I have the privilege of working with the best minds in Africa!
In the next few months I will be working closely with each of the investee companies within the group to reach our set goals of enhancing our business performance and results. More importantly, we will work together as a team to reach the three-year goal plan for each of our companies to be recognised among the top 3 players within the sectors we play in and across Africa. This way, we would have fulfilled our purpose of impacting lives and transforming Africa.
