  • Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Oversee and manage the Group’s performance appraisal system with the objective of driving performance across the Group
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop employee career plan for all staff and expand to the Group
  • Develop models for monitoring HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire and expand same to the Group
  • Work with Group HR Heads to develop HR budgets in line with strategic intents of their individual businesses
  • Set up procedures to improve organisation’s learning and development programs
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Implement yearly training needs assessment, develop learning and development plans, apply, and monitor the plan and measure impact

Qualification/Experience Requirement(s):

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources will be an added advantage
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SpHRi, SHRM
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources
