Applications Open for the Second Heirs Academy Graduate Trainee Programme <\/em><\/p>\n

Lagos, Nigeria \u2013 August 24, 2026<\/strong> \u2014 Leading pan-African investment company, Heirs Holdings, has opened applications for the second cohort of its Graduate Trainee Programme, offering talented young professionals an opportunity to launch their careers within a diverse portfolio of businesses, spanning energy, insurance, financial services, power and real estate.<\/p>\n

The Heirs Holdings Graduate Trainee Programme, a cornerstone initiative of Heirs Academy, the Heirs Holding\u2019s centre of excellence for leadership, institutional capability, and talent development, is open to candidates aged 27 or below with a minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree (Second Class Lower\/2:2) from an accredited Nigerian or foreign university. Applicants must have completed the NYSC programme and have no more than two years of post-NYSC professional experience.<\/p>\n

Combining rigorous foundational learning with hands-on sector experience, the programme equips early-career professionals with practical business acumen, essential technical skills, and the professional discipline required to thrive in dynamic corporate environments.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the programme, Group Director, Human Resources, Heirs Holdings, Eluemuno Olumagin, said:<\/p>\n

The inaugural cohort demonstrated the programme\u2019s impact, with 54 trainees successfully completing six months of structured learning and professional development. Since graduating, participants have gone on to build careers across Heirs Holdings and its portfolio companies, applying the knowledge, skills and values gained through Heirs Academy to deliver meaningful impact within their organisations. Applications close on September 4, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n
