\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 Oh, definitely! If you’ve ever worked in a professional capacity, you know that wearing multiple hats is just part of the job. Depending on your expertise, you often find yourself filling various roles, especially in a growing organisation. I’ve done this in two different companies before joining Heirs Technologies, and now in Heirs Technologies as well. It keeps things exciting and challenging!<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 Fervently. If you’re truly passionate about something, pursuing it becomes second nature. If you are lucky enough to recognise your passion, you have already done the hardest part. Once you do, chasing it will be like breathing \u2013 you just do it without even thinking.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 In my spare time, I read a lot \u2013 especially about new technology and graphic novels. I’m also a gamer. I don\u2019t play games professionally, but it’s a great way for me to relax and connect with people (gamers) from all over the world.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 I believe it is important to lighten the mood, so I often throw in a joke or two. We all have our struggles, and a little humour can go a long way. We work better when the tension is lower. Deadlines and reports are inevitable, but it’s better to laugh while you work.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 I don\u2019t think so. Once you monetise your hobby, it becomes a side hustle. There is a big difference. A hobby should take your mind off work and help you relax. While getting paid for something you enjoy sounds great, it turns into work once it’s monetised. If that happens, you’ll need to find a new hobby to unwind.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 Chuckles\u2026 Saving and investing are about your long-term goals. What do you like now that you can\u2019t get? What do you want to be able to afford in five to ten years? Answering these questions will enable you to know your goals. Once you know your goals, align your earnings accordingly. Start small with investments like mutual funds or real estate. Budget your expenses, save diligently, and then set aside money for enjoying life.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 It’s simple! trade off when you have a goal you really want to achieve. The urgency and importance of your goal will guide you on what and when to trade off.<\/p>\n
\nOlatunde<\/strong> \u2013 My next summer vacation will be in Marrakesh. The city has beautiful parks and amazing tourist spots perfect for rest and relaxation.<\/p>\n
