Your colleagues believe that you are a stand-up guy. To you, who is a stand-up guy?<\/strong>
\nHonest, straightforward, good character. A man of peace whose actions are always geared towards common good.<\/p>\n

Describe yourself in three words.<\/strong>
\nReliable, empathetic and creative.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re often called Baba Ade, why is that?<\/strong>
\nMy daughter\u2019s name is Adeoluwapemi and one of my colleagues shortened the name to Ade, called me Baba Ade once and it caught on. I guess it was because we have another Ade at the office. <\/p>\n

What drives you? The work you do, the man you\u2019ve become, what would you say is your driving force?<\/strong>
\nI enjoy the process of creating new things; maybe a little too much \ud83d\ude01. I love impact, change, progress, even in little bits. I feel fulfilled knowing I contribute to growth of any kind; my organisation\u2019s or even just people around me.<\/p>\n

In past contributions to HH People, you\u2019ve shared a lot about your daughter. Do you think it\u2019s important to her that you are a stand-up guy and why??<\/strong>
\nYes, it\u2019s very important. I\u2019m her first example of the perfect man. Most of the things she will hold on to about men, she\u2019d learn from me. I\u2019d better remain a standup guy!<\/p>\n

How long have you been an HH Person and what would you say about other stand-up guys HH Group?<\/strong>
\nI joined the group on February 15 2021, but if I\u2019d add my days at UBA Group, we can go as far back as June 2019. One thing I\u2019ve noticed about the HH Group is the abundance of stand-up guys. It\u2019s almost as if HR deliberately wrote a list and hired the guys that fit, but that\u2019s culture at play, isn\u2019t it. When you\u2019ve built the right culture, you attract the right people. I\u2019m proud of all the HH stand-up guys.<\/p>\n

Who are the other stand-up guys you know?<\/strong>
\nEmmanuel Anyanwu at THP, Omosefe, Fegor\u2026 I can go on and on.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s one thing you\u2019d want people to know about you?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019m crazy about wrist watches! You can buy me a couple for Christmas. But I just love them, the history, designs, how they complement your look, the importance of a timepiece etc.<\/p>\n

What do you do in your free time?<\/strong>
\nSpend time with my family. Watch Manchecster United games and read.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s your philosophy on life?<\/strong>
\nLife is short. Do the best you can for as long as you can to bless people around you because the true measure of success lies in how many people you bless.<\/p>\n

What would you like other men to know?<\/strong>
