Dear Colleague,<\/div>\n
As we\u00a0usher<\/span>\u00a0in the new month, I begin another phase of my career journey within the Group as the Chief Executive Officer of Heirs Holdings. Having spent the past thirty three months leading the team at Transcorp Plc, I am grateful and honoured to be assuming this new role and responsibility\u00a0within a group that is close to my heart.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

Heirs Holdings is one organisation I admire. I respect the culture of\u00a0constant innovation and the drive of our people who\u00a0are always willing to improve on their work. It is for these reasons, among others, that I am convinced\u00a0that this next chapter of my journey will be fulfilling,\u00a0because I have the privilege of working with the best minds in Africa!<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the next few months I will be working closely with each of the investee companies within the group\u00a0to reach our set goals of\u00a0enhancing our business performance and results. More importantly, we will work together as a team to reach the\u00a0three-year goal plan for each of our companies\u00a0to be\u00a0recognised among the top 3 players within the sectors we play in\u00a0and across Africa. This way, we would have fulfilled our purpose of\u00a0impacting lives and transforming Africa.<\/div>\n

Dear Colleague, it is a great time to be African and it is a great time to be at Heirs Holdings.<\/div>\n

I thank the management and board of Heirs Holdings for their unwavering faith in me. I also thank my colleagues, past and present, for their support.\u00a0Together, we will take Heirs Holdings to the next level.<\/div>\n
