Welcome back to what I pray will be an amazing year for us all. What better way to begin the year than with something simple but delicious? That\u2019s exactly what you get when you make a hearty Spaghetti Carbonara dish. It\u2019s something everyone should know how to throw together after a long day at work.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What you will need:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>Bacon (and or thick cut pancetta)<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan Cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>cracked black pepper<\/li>\n<li>salt<\/li>\n<li>garlic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Boil the spaghetti in a pot of water drizzled with some olive oil until its \u201cal \u2013dente\u201d i.e. the spaghetti shouldn\u2019t be completely cooked. Add the cheese and mix together. The amount of cheese you want to use is up to you.
