(2) register your details;<\/p>\n

(3) choose your Healthcare Provider; and<\/p>\n

(4) pay.<\/p>\n

In less than five minutes, the process is complete. All that\u2019s left is for Avon HMO to deliver your ID card and welcome pack which they do within 7 working days.<\/p>\n
