The days seem to be getting shorter. I really wanted to show you all my thanksgiving turkey, but I only managed to take photos of the finished product \u2026 next time I promise.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>But going back to sweet and easy<\/p>\n<p>I saw a recipe for Nigerian pancakes on @Dooneyskitchen and was inspired. I haven\u2019t had those in a very long time and I had all the ingredients at home so I went for it. I changed a few things though<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flour<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>condensed milk<\/li>\n<li>sugar<\/li>\n<li>nutmeg (if you have any)<\/li>\n<li>black pepper<\/li>\n<li>vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>Water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Throw it all into a blend (ignore the cream cheese in the photo). Not thick enough? This Is going to cook very quickly so don\u2019t step away. Flip the pancake over when it starts to bubble. I put very very little oil, I don\u2019t like the idea of \u201cfrying\u201d the pancake as if its meat. I always smear the pancakes with butter as soon as they are done so the butter melts into the pancake.
