For him, the lure of the lounge is irresistible and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lagoshotspots.com\/ss-lounge-victoria-island\/\">SS Lounge<\/a> in Victoria Island cannot be overestimated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSS Lounge is the Saipan of today,\u201d says Ade, speaking to anyone for whom that has any meaning.\u00a0 He says there\u2019s a great live band on Thursdays, and you can beat the crowd if you get there by 7pm.<\/p>\n<p>Or if you fancy some shameless, open-faced eavesdropping, Ade recommends <a href=\"http:\/\/lafricrestaurant.com.76.69-195-198.groveurl.com\/\">L\u2019Afric<\/a>, where \u201cthe weirdest old men in Lagos\u201d have mastered the art of conversation and will be happy to let you join in. K. Prahalad\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Fortune-Bottom-Pyramid-Eradicating\/dp\/0131467506\"><em>The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid: Eradicating Poverty Through Profits<\/em><\/a>. It\u2019s a book about the fastest-growing, most overlooked market in the world, and the next frontier for killer profits: the bottom of the pyramid.<\/p>\n<p>Featuring detailed case studies from India, Peru, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela, this might be considered a must-read for anyone who is, say, running a bank in a developing economy, seeking insight on how to increase lending to the untapped working poor\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Bunmi is also engaged in some light reading. An avid follower of the politico, he\u2019s currently thumbing through the first volume of former President Obasanjo\u2019s controversial memoir, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.konga.com\/my-watch-volume-1-2-and-3-soft-cover-1654212\"><em>My Watch<\/em><\/a><em>,<\/em> which he has been reading since it was published in January.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019ve been living under a rock and haven\u2019t heard of <em>My Watch<\/em>, you can read a review <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kunlekasumu.com\/2014\/12\/10\/obasanjos-autobiography-my-watch-a-review\/\">here<\/a>. Just don\u2019t ask Bunmi what he thinks \u2013 he\u2019s still on page 35. \u201cI\u2019m good at finishing things I\u2019m measured on,\u201d he says, with a wry smile. Or you want to impress someone special, but <a href=\"http:\/\/ekoonibajeng.com\/index.php?topic=3624.0\">Iya Eba<\/a> and even Spice Route aren\u2019t going to cut it this time. If this sounds like you, lovely, doe-eyed Felicia has a remedy\u2026or several, as she has made it her business to eat her way around Lagos, in search of the city\u2019s best culinary offerings. We applaud your efforts, Felicia, and will forever resent your trim waistline.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, if you\u2019re love-struck or just feeling friendly, Felicia says <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ekohotels.com\/page.php?section=3&amp;id=8\">Sky Lounge at Eko Hotel<\/a> is one of the best places to share a meal. Located on the 12<sup>th<\/sup> floor of the hotel, Sky Lounge has the nicest views in the city and food that is just well-prepared all around. Her top recommendation is the duck breast and creamed mashed potatoes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor my gelato fix, I go to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hansandrene.com\/\">Hans &amp; Rene<\/a> in Victoria Island,\u201d she says, belying the rising importance of this establishment to variety-obsessed sugar aficionados.\u00a0 At Hans &amp; Rene, agbalumo ice cream, zobo sorbet, strawberry cheesecake gelato and raspberry coconut cupcakes reign supreme, and that\u2019s just the tip of the iceberg.<\/p>\n<p>And for the hungry night crawler, look no further than <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/MAROCCAINE-Restaurant-tGuest-House-tCatering\/389393059357\">Maroccaine<\/a>, which \u201cisn\u2019t good for much, except their shawarma, that is\u201d raves Felicia.
